In order to most effectively promote the United for Patient Safety campaign and Patient Safety Awareness Week, we have created branded campaign materials for your use. The materials available help you and your organization to engage in the campaign and build awareness with your stakeholders about important issues in patient safety.

To use these materials, you must register on this campaign website and agree to the following terms and conditions

Download printable do-it-yourself table tent (PDF).

Download a .zip folder of all of the campaign logo files you will need to help promote Patient Safety Awareness Week.

You must adhere to the usage guidelines when using the logo and design elements. Download the style guide (PDF).
