IPSGs Workshop ,AskMe3and Brown Bag Medication Review

In 2nd day of PSAWV hosted by Dallah Hospital ,Riyadh ,KSA .we take the pledge to illustrating our commitment to Safety of our Valuable clients through conduct IPSGs Workshop in all departments with share from our patients and their families . Dallah Hospital try to improve their efforts to partners their patients and their families in their care plan through implementation of Ask Me3 program and improving the medication safety by using Brown Bag Medication Review Program for our poly-pharmacy patients to remove any medication discrepancies in their medication treatment
