Mayoral Proclamation for Patient Safety Awareness Week

March 16, 2016--Cuero Community Hospital, serving the Greater DeWitt, Texas, community, is recognizing Patient Safety Awareness Week 2016. CCH issued a patient safety proclamation, signed by the mayor of Ceuro City, in an effort to further progress awareness of Patient Safety Week.

According to a news account, “Cuero Community Hospital issued a patient safety proclamation in an effort to further progress awareness of Patient Safety Week. This proclamation was signed on Friday, March 11, by Sara Meyer, Mayor of the City of Cuero. This proclamation states that as Cuero and other area citizens strive for safe and quality healthcare, the professionals at Cuero Community Hospital strive to provide the highest level of healthcare to their patients.”
